Guide to a Doctorate in France 

L’Association Nationale des Docteurs (ANDès) et la Confédération des Jeunes Chercheurs (CJC) annoncent la publication de l’ouvrage « Guide to a Doctorate in France » librement accessible en ligne : https://guide-doctorat.fr/english. Ce guide est une traduction en langue anglaise du Guide du Doctorat des mêmes associations autrices. 

Cette traduction a plusieurs objectifs, parmi lesquels la diffusion de bonnes pratiques du processus doctoral français auprès d’un large lectorat européen et international, en particulier les doctorants non-francophones actuels et futurs, ou encore les institutions et organisations concernées.

The French National Association of Doctorate Holders (ANDès) and the Confederation for Early Stage Researchers (CJC) announce the publication of an online free access of the Guide to a Doctorate in France: https://guide-doctorat.fr/english.

This English version is a translation of the French Guide du Doctorat, published by the same authors.

This English guide has several goals, one of which is to spread the good practices of the French doctoral process to a large audience, both European and international, including current and future non-French speakers doctoral candidates and the different related organisations and formal institutions.
